Good Morning,
Beth just completed our Turn-Around-Time spreadsheet for the month of April. So I just wanted to send you an email letting you know how K Street Appraisal is doing.
K Street Appraisal completed 52 order in April with an average TAT of 0.91 days. What this means is that we received the completed report an average of 1.91 days after the inspection took place. Just to put this into perspective:
1) The average for all of our companies combined was 1.16 (or 2.16 days after inspection)
2) Our goal every month is 1.00 to 1.10 (or 2.00 to 2.10 days after inspection)
So not only are you exceeding the performance of our other companies, you are exceeding our company goal. Keep up the great work Bob, we really appreciate it!
